1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and StoryQuest, Inc. (d/b/a “Wonderland,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, including the Wonderland SMS Program defined below, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• “Services” — Wonderland’s websites, mobile or web applications, APIs, and the chat-based property-management platform, including the Wonderland SMS Program.
• “Wonderland SMS Program” — Our transactional SMS/MMS text-messaging service.

3. Description of Services

Wonderland provides AI-powered tools for tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease management, rent collection, and analytics.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with security, or harvest personal data. Suspicious activity may result in suspension.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate and improve the Services.

7. Payment Terms

Fees are billed per unit or per subscription tier as displayed in your dashboard, exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Mobile Messaging Terms

8.1 Program Description

The Wonderland SMS Program sends transactional texts such as maintenance updates, rent reminders, lease-renewal options, and payment receipts. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

8.2 Opt-In Methods

• Opting in electronically through a Wonderland webpage
• Executing a lease or addendum with SMS consent language
• Texting START to a dedicated Wonderland phone number

8.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with tenancy activity (typically 0–10 msgs/mo).

8.4 Costs

Msg & Data rates may apply.

8.5 Opt-Out / Help

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help or email support@getwonderland.com.

8.6 Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.7 Consent Not Required

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of leasing a unit or purchasing any service.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content are owned by Wonderland or its licensors. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may close your account by emailing support@getwonderland.com.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wonderland shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify Wonderland against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by California law. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts in San Francisco, CA.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Wonderland.
